
3. Unacceptable return situations
The following situations are not returnable:
Personal preferences other than quality issues (such as color not as expected, size judgment error, etc.)
Products that have been used or opened and cannot be resold
Requests for failure to provide order number or valid purchase receipt
4. Return process
Please contact customer service at unicornstore@prismglowlamp.com to explain the reason for the return and attach the order number and relevant photos.
After confirmation, customer service will provide a return address and instructions.
Returned goods must be sent back in their original packaging with all accessories intact.
After the goods are inspected and accepted, we will complete the refund within 7 working days (excluding the original shipping cost).
We want you to be satisfied with every rainbow light you purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please apply for a return or refund according to the following policy:
1. Return period
You can apply for a return within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product. We will not be able to accept non-quality return requests after this period.
2. Acceptable return situations
We accept return requests in the following situations:
The product was received damaged or defective (photo proof is required)
Wrong product was sent (color/model does not match)
The product was seriously damaged during transportation
5. Shipping cost description
For returns due to quality issues, we will bear the return shipping cost.
For returns not due to quality issues (such as buyers purchasing by mistake), the shipping cost must be borne by the buyer.
6. Special tips
Please use a traceable logistics method to return the goods. We are not responsible for the loss caused by the loss of the package during the return process.
